Refund Policy for Kavian’s

At Kavian’s, we aim to process refunds quickly and efficiently. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds (If Applicable) If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@kavians.com.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Refunds If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return will be issued once the returned item is received. You will receive a gift certificate via mail.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
