Return Policy for Kavian’s
At Kavian’s, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your item, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and must include the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Certain goods are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Other Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
Required for Returns A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable) Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at service@kavians.com and mail your item to:

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
